What is Champions Tour?

Aspiring pro players from all over the world have the opportunity to build their stardom through this brand new series that features both regional and international competitions. The expanded competition calendar provides the framework for stars to rise and teams to make a name for themselves - on both the international and regional stages. Fans get to see how their local talent stacks up against each other, and then how they measure up on the global stage. Nerd Street has been chosen by Riot Games to run all three legs of North America 2021 Champions tour.

Champions Tour Structure

The VALORANT Champions Tour features three levels of competition: Challengers, Masters, and Champions. Challengers focus on regional competition and are organized both by Riot and top-tier tournament partner operators like Nerd Street. Masters events are larger, taking place only three times a year, and feature teams who represent the best talent from their region. Finally and ultimately, Champions are the apex of the season, a two-week long tournament with the top 16 teams from around the world in attendance, where one team will be crowned the first VALORANT global Champion.
