GEX Esports Counter-Strike: Global Offensive FACEIT Open

GEX DC Area Esports presents GEX CounterStrike: Global Offensive FACEIT Open. The tournament will be run on the FACEIT platform while also utilizing the FACEIT Anti-Cheat Client. The format will be Single Elimination Bo3 Maps.

Date: August 22, 2020

Time: 10:00am EST - 10pm EST

Cost: $20.00 per player

Prize Pot:

• 16 teams = $2500

• All competitors must have a FACEIT account.

All competitors must be 13 years of age or older to compete.

Registration Instructions:

1. All tickets are Individual Tickets. Every competitor will need to register individually.
2. To secure your team's slot, all individuals need to submit their team name identically. If team names are not identical, there may be delays getting invites.
3. Team Captains will mark their ticket "Yes" under the "Team Captain" registration field, all other players mark that field "No".
4. If you do not have a FACEIT account, create one here.
5. Register on this page by clicking "Register Now" at the top of the page. Be sure to include your FACEIT account in the registration fields.
6. After a full team has paid and has gone through the steps above, Team Captains will receive an invite via FACEIT to join the tournament.
7. Team Captains are responsible for inviting their team to FACEIT.
