The Tristate RoA classic returns, this time in Philly! As a GRL feature event with stacked talent all over the place, you don't want to miss this one.

Proof of double vaccination will be checked at the desk. Masks are mandatory as well.

1:00PM - Doubles to Top 4

2:00PM - Singles Wave 1

3:30PM - Singles Wave 2

5:00PM - Finish Doubles (Bo5)

6:00PM - Top 16 (Bo5)

8:00PM - Top 8 (Bo5)

Generic Operator

RoA Singles Rules

A. Double Elimination (all players play at least two sets. potential to go X-2) Tournament mode enabled, Replays set to Auto save local. 3 stocks, 8 minutes.

B. All Games will be Bo3 until top 4 or 8 where it switches to Bo5.(based on time)

C. Characters for first game are chosen (anyone may request double blind pick) and then stages are struck to (first game must be played on a neutral stage). (RPS to decide who strikes first) in a 1-2-1 Striking format.

c Stage list is as follows:
    1. Neutral:
        Forest Floor
        Julesvale
        Merchant Port
        Tower of Heaven
        Aethereal Gates

    2. Counterpick:
        Troupple Pond
        Air Armada
        The Spirit Tree
        Tempest Peak
        The Endless Abyss
        Frozen Fortress
        Blazing Hideout
        Treetop Lodge
        Fire Capitol
        Rock Wall

D. The Winning Player Bans three stages. The losing player decides which stage to play on from the remaining stages. (DSR enabled: you can't go to any stage you've won on already in this set unless agreed upon by both players)

E. Winning player decides character, then losing player decides character.

F. Next game is played.

G. Repeat steps D-F until the set is complete.

H. Winner is responsible for reporting match to TO.

I. Selective Random Clause - When picking Random without all 14 characters selected - must reveal the character generated, choose them on the select screen, and redo stage banning and picking.
