Do you love baseball? So do we. Do you love esports? We do too, obviously.
JANUARY 22, 2020 – Nerd Street Gamers is proud to announce that we’re hosting an open-play gaming event within the Chicago White Sox fan convention, SoxFest. Fans will have the opportunity to play the newest versions of R.B.I. Baseball and MLB the Show 19 throughout the weekend, with access to high-end gaming stations provided by the Nerd Street Gamers Localhost Mobile Deployment Unit.
SoxFest takes place January 24th and 25th at McCormick Place West in Chicago. The 28th annual White Sox fan event is the unofficial start for the 2020 Chicago White Sox season, providing more opportunities than ever before for autographs, photos and unique experiences with past, current and future stars of the Chicago White Sox.
“Our mission is to bring esports to everyone,” said John Fazio, Founder and CEO of Nerd Street Gamers. “We are excited to partner with the Chicago White Sox and bring gaming opportunities to the players and fans attending SoxFest.”
