Best pro clips from Call of Duty Vanguard’s opening weekend

Call of Duty: Vanguard officially dropped on Nov. 5, and the pros wasted no time getting on the grind -- posting clips of some of their best shots.

Here’s a sampling of some of the biggest plays by some of the biggest stars in the competitive scene, which ramped up immediately with numerous tournaments and made-for-streaming events over the weekend.

The New York Subliners’ James “Clayster” Eubanks demonstrated Vanguard’s new destructible environments, and locked down the ace in the process. As far as COD goes, the dude is ageless.

OpTic’s Seth “Scump” Abner made one of arguably the most disgusting plays of the weekend that's been making the rounds on social media so far. This 1v4 was so good, he called his shot: “You’ll see that on Twitter.”

The Atlanta FaZe were the big winners of opening weekend, coming away victorious in numerous kickoff tournaments. Watch OpTic’s Brandon “Dashy” Otell get the best of the reigning world champs here, though, pulling off the 1v4 comeback.

The Dallas Empire’s Indervir "iLLeY" Dhaliwal gave us a peek at how sniper rifles work in Vanguard. Spoiler: Extremely dangerous if you know what you’re doing.
