Nerd Street Gamers and London Spitfire join forces to provide online virtual esports camp for gamers worldwide

Partnership to host virtual esports camps continues and allows participants to learn from professional players, coaches, and management.

PHILADELPHIA – January 28, 2021 – Nerd Street Gamers, the national network of esports facilities and events dedicated to powering competitive opportunities for gamers, announced its latest endeavor with the Overwatch League’s London Spitfire to host another online esports camp. This second edition of the Spitfire Flight School: Powered by Nerd Street Gamers will further expand Nerd Street Gamers’ international presence, serving as a testament to the company’s mission to increase access and create opportunity in esports worldwide.

The five-day series will be held February 15th-19th through Discord, where campers ages 13 and up will have the opportunity to participate in a structured online curriculum featuring members of the Spitfire team. Spitfire general manager Noukky, coaches CommanderX and Reprize, as well as Molf1g, Hybrid, Hadi, Kellex will join the camp during the course of the week to provide professional insight.

Spitfire Flight School: Powered by Nerd Street Gamers will provide campers with various skills to improve their gaming abilities and other aspects of their lives, including teamwork, communication and staying calm under pressure. The structured environment will allow participants to learn about the fundamentals of competitive gaming, map and game strategy, and team dynamics.
