Nerd Street Announces Partnership with The Nehemiah Company to Bring Esports/Gaming Lounge Amenity to Arlington Commons Apartments

PHILADELPHIA – February 4, 2021 – Nerd Street Gamers, the national esports infrastructure company, announced today that it is partnering with The Nehemiah Company, a real estate developer located in Arlington, Texas on an esports/gaming lounge as one of the amenities of  The Truman at Arlington Commons multi-family development  project. This project is the first-of-its-kind in Texas and aims to provide the highest level of gaming entertainment through high-performance gaming PCs, consoles, and gaming monitors. Tenants of the 358-unit apartment community  will have access to the dedicated esports space with free game time included with their residency. The space will also be utilized for special events and esports watch parties.

Nerd Street will maintain the lounge’s LAN center software and registration system, also allowing residents to become Nerd Street members. On-site The Truman staff will be trained by Nerd Street representatives to manage equipment, game updates, and user registration with the Nerd Street team providing remote support as part of the agreement.
