One thing to know about every RLCS World Championship qualified team

by Brian Bencomo

The 2022 RLCS World Championship will be the first season-ending championship event since 2019 when NRG beat Team Vitality to be crowned Season 8 champions. Whereas that championship featured only 12 teams, the 2022 edition will be the biggest ever in RLCS history with 24 teams competing from seven different regions. For the first time ever, teams from Sub-Saharan Africa will compete at an RLCS international event. In addition to new teams showing up in Arlington, Texas, there has been lots of parity this season, which could make this one of the most unpredictable RLCS tournaments ever. To get you up to speed on all the teams, here’s one thing you should know about each of the 24 teams competing at the RLCS World Championship aka Worlds.
