by Brian Bencomo
Denver -- Dec. 18, 2024 -- Localhost Denver, Nerd Street’s Colorado video game and esports venue, announced today a partnership with Hue Lens, a leading producer of state-of-the-art optical lenses and a company best known for their innovative ColorBoost technology.
As a part of this multipronged partnership, Hue Lens' DeadAi glasses will be prominently displayed within Localhost Denver and made available to customers to test out the glasses onsite while playing their favorite games. A key piece of this partnership is the DeadAi team collecting feedback from gamers on their new product. Localhost customers will receive 1 free hour of play on Localhost’s PCs on behalf of the DeadAi team for testing them out. DeadAi branding will also be displayed across Localhost Denver’s various social media channels and communities.
“The future of competitive gaming isn't just about faster processors or better graphics cards - it's about optimizing the human element,” said CEO Justin Fong. “With DeadAi's ColorBoost-powered lenses, we're unlocking visual capabilities that gamers didn't even know they had, giving them that split-second advantage that separates champions from challengers.”

"The launch of Hue Lens’ DeadAi brand marks a significant step forward in the effectiveness of eyewear for esports pros, average gamers and casual enthusiasts,” said Kevin Coucoules, Localhost Denver’s Community and Venue Manager. “When combining AI enhancement techniques that are unique and patented by DeadAi with current industry standards, you end up with eyewear that is truly a cheat code for your eyes. There is no company or brand besides DeadAi that provides a product that combines blue light blocking, color enhancement and detail augmentation to the level found in these glasses.
“Hue Lens and the DeadAi brand bring an enhanced experience for Localhost's clientele that exceeds what is currently widely available. The gaming glasses that they are bringing to test out and sell from our venue represent a huge leap in the technology available to enhance and protect gamers’ eyes.”
